Rental Terms & Conditions

Deposit & Payment

 
• A **refundable deposit of $600** is required **before pickup** and to confirm appointment.
 
• Pickup is **only confirmed once the deposit is received**; otherwise, the equipment will be rented out on a **first-come, first-served** basis.
 
• The deposit must be **e-transferred** before confirming your reservation.
 
• The Total rental cost will be deducted from the deposit when the equipment is returned in good condition.

Cancellation Policy

 
• A **minimum of 12 hours’ notice** is required for cancellations or changes to your booking.
 
• Failure to cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled pickup time may result in a **$50 late cancellation fee** deducted from your deposit.

Equipment Responsibility

 
• The renter assumes **full responsibility** for the equipment from pickup to return.
 
• Any **loss, theft, or damage** (including burns, electrical faults, or improper use) will result in **repair or replacement charges** deducted from the deposit.
 
• Equipment must only be used **indoors for bed bug heat treatment** and kept away from water or flammable materials.

Proper Use & Safety

 
• Do not leave the heater unattended while operating.
 
• Keep all **flammable or heat-sensitive materials** at least 3 feet away.
 
• Use only in a **well-monitored area** and follow all safety instructions provided at pickup.
 
• The renter acknowledges understanding of the safe operation procedures explained by the rental provider.

Liability Waiver

The rental provider is **not responsible** for any damage to property, fire incidents, or personal injury arising from misuse or negligence. The renter assumes **all risk and liability** while operating the heater.

Return Condition

 
• Equipment must be returned **clean, complete, and in working condition** on or before the agreed return date.
 
• Late returns will be charged **$200.00 per extra day**.
 
• Refunds (minus rental and applicable charges) will be processed after inspection.

Refusal of Service

 
• The provider reserves the right to **refuse rental** to any individual who does not comply with these terms or fails to provide valid ID and deposit.
